Leese & Co., Inc. currently has an opening for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist. Leese’s CNC Lathe Machinists are responsible for the proper setup of lathes with geometrical dimensions and tolerancing, programming in T-Plus and Matrix Nexus, and operating multiple Mazak CNC Lathes simultaneously to produce quality products within close tolerances.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently and properly prioritize work to meet shop demands
• Minimum of 10 years work experience with CNC Lathes
• T-Plus and Matrix Nexus Programming Experience
• Experience with programming live tooling and twin spindles
• Strong understanding of measurements and ability to read drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal education in CNC Programming/Machining
